Refund policy

RETURNS

All standard in-stock merchandise are returnable with in 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Many  of our items are made to order or custom made or custom fitted. Made to order pieces,  custom work, engraved work  and custom fitted pieces (special sizing) can not be returned.  We also do not have returns on sale items. We strive to have a great communication with our clients before any order is placed. Please get in touch with us via phone,  email, zoom or google meet or exchange photos via text message or email  for any questions or concerns. If you want a specific stone or to see a specific stone on a piece, we can assist you with that.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with  any attached tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt as proof of purchase. Request for returns must be made in writing with in 14 days of receiving merchandise. 

To start a return, you can contact us at marymarderstudios33@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do take special measure to communicate often and with detail with our customers. Making our customers happy is our first priority. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Our  custom products (such as special orders and custom order, engraved items and special fitted items (sizing) are not returnable.   Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We do accept exchanges for items that are not custom made, engraved, or  custom fitted. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact us prior to the exchange and notify us with the returns tracking number. Please make sure the return/exchanged item is properly insured. Fed-Ex is our preferred shipping carrier. Return shipping charges are the responsability of the customer.  


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
